French Riviera

I’ve visited southern France in the second half of august basically by coincidence – I was there on a business trip. My new employer send me to La Ciotat for one week of training. La Ciotat is a small town, where the Lumiere brothers invented moving pictures.

Paris Photo

It’s been almost a year since I’ve visited Paris Photo for the second time, and I’m preparing to visit it again. This prompted me to finally publish some photographs I’ve taken on the last visit. Considering the price of the airplane ticket I mustparis-photo ask – is there anyone else willing to go along? Car is cheaper than airplane when you have at least two passengers. It doesn’t matter if you wish to visit Paris Photo or not, you can just visit Paris.

It’s been some time since I published these photos, but at that time I didn’t have any time to write something to accompany them. Now it’s a bit better, but it’s been so long that it’s probably pointless to write something longer, so I’ll only give you the official annotation and the pictures.

Sion castle

It should have been the fourteenth Battle for ford, but the nature was against it – a big flood came and everything that surrounds the ford went soggy. The event was cancelled and I thought I will have a free weekend. Well, that was the first impression, about a month ago, but the situation has since changed. There was another event coming as a replacement, set to the end of the Hussite wars – The Conquest of the castle Sion.
